Our bread
All Mrs Sourdough loaves are kneaded, leavened, shaped and baked with traditional methods. We only use water, flour, salt, and our soul. We listen to the voice of the dough and bake the rustic, slowly fermented loaves with a crusty exterior.
All of our bread is available to buy at our bakery, patisserie & coffee shop in Chatham. We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 8.30am with fresh baked sourdough daily (as well as other delicious cakes and treats!) our sourdough sells out fast, so if you would like to place an order in advance, please get in touch.

Carefully kneaded, leavened, shaped and baked using 50% organic wholegrain flour and 50% organic white flour from Shipton Mill. No additives, only love and care.

Multi Seeded
Mrs. Sourdough 600g /Mr. Sourdough 800g
Enriched by a generous dose of six seeds (white and dark sesame seed, sunflower seed, flaxseed, poppy seed and pumpkin seed). Carefully kneaded, leavened, shaped and baked using organic flour from Shipton Mill. No additives, only love and care.

You can pick up your loaves from our bakery, patisserie & coffee shop in Chatham or any of our collection points accross the county (click here for more information).
